The Achilles house in Aubin

At the heart of the Grand Paysage in the Pays de Herve, our old farm welcomes you in the countryside, near the small village of Aubin-Neufchâteau. Its plush and family interior, its old-fashioned decor with period regional furniture will take you back to the warm atmosphere of ancient times. You will have lunch in good weather on the south facing terrace, you will have dinner at the corner of the hearth. This is the taste and flavors that we prefer to introduce you to the Herve and traditions. We cook regional organic meals prepared in Circuit Court at 29 € / pers, 15 € up to 12 years. They are composed of an entrée, a dish and a dessert. As for breakfast, hearty and varied, the ingredients are produced by organic farmers from home. All the meals we serve are FAIR TRADE & BIO certified by Quality Partner (BE BIO-03). As for children, the large flower garden is theirs with its hide and seek corners and swings. After a night of perfect calm, you may want to visit the Mosque town of Maastricht, the museums of Aix, or to taste the charms of the Ardent City. Or, go for a hike in the Pays de Herve, on foot or on horseback. The carousel is a few hundred meters away. We welcome you in French, German and Romanian from 16h. For English, thank you to prevent!
