House with a view, Forest-Eifel (Burbach)

My husband and I offer: a spacious (90m2) apartment fully equipped at gardenlevel. At the edge of a small village in the Eifel, with an unobstructed view of the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. Children aged 12-15 stay for free. please contact us before booking. Peace and space! Own parking space and entrance. Terrace and garden (2000m2). Motorcyclists welcome. Dogs are welcome (let us know when booking) Spacious and fully equipped apartment, bathroom with bath and separate shower, double washbasin. Fully equipped kitchen incl oven. In addition to the normal heating, the living room also has a cozy wood-burning stove for the winter. Climatcontrol we don't have but the appartement is lovely fresh in the summer. A desk you can work on. NO TV, but there is a screen available to which you can connect digital devices and good working internet / WIFI. (also DVDplayer with collection of DVDs) books, board games etc. Outside terrace and garden. Own parking space and entrance from Burbach there is a bus connection with Bitburg and Prum Are you coming by train? From Cologne a train runs straight through the Eifel to Trier and, if possible, we can pick you up in the town of Densborn (10 km away). During your stay we are at your service. Be sure to ask when you are missing or want something. We can always see if we can arrange it for you on the spot. We don't offer breakfasts and Burbach doesn't have a supermarket but for the evening of arrival we can offer that there is enough in the house to make a simple meal and for the first morning we can offer that there are breakfast supplies.(no extra costs) Laundry and dryerservice on request. costs are €10,-. Burbach is a small village with few amenities, but there are supermarkets and all other amenities in the surrounding towns. What Burbach does have is a 18hole golfcourse! Tranquillity, rural, wooded area all around. But also nice towns such as Bitburg, Prum and Trier are nearby. In 45minutes you stand at the Moselle river with cities as Cochem. Many castles and ruins can be visited, such as the famous Eltz castle. For some serious shopping fun to change from nature, larger cities such as Cologne, Luxembourg and Maastricht are an hour to an hour and a half away. Enough to do or not! Relax on the private terrace or in the garden from Burbach there is a bus connection with Bitburg and Prum Are you coming by train?
