The caravan at Lower Fields Farm, is a lovely space with a large living area with TV, dining table and kitchen with a fridge, cooker and microwave. The main bedroom consists of a brand new double bed with luxury mattress and an ensuite bath/shower room. There is a lot of storage space and also a little dressing table. The second bedroom consists of two twin single beds, & a wardrobe, ideal for children sharing a room or two adults. There is an outside area where one can sit on chairs. Lower Fields Farm" is a hidden treasure that makes an ideal retreat for anyone wishing to escape to the country. The Glampingvan is set within the farm area and is a very private space, where one can use the grass area for BBQs or sitting and relaxing in the sunshine, perhaps enjoying a beer or glass of wine. It is of course completely self contained and is not shared with any other accommodation on site. The location is perfect for anyone visiting the area and is an easy commute from Warwick House in Southam, Coventry, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Gaydon and Stratford-Upon-Avon. There are many footpaths a joining the farm; one of which leads to the Farmous Folly pub. This is a perfect family getaway, romantic escape or practical work base for a professional who wishes to leave the maddening crowd, yet needs to be near major travel routes including the M1/M40. There are also lots of lovely local pubs and restaurants nearby. There is an HD television situated in the lounge area with all full free view channels. a kitchen with all essentials: Cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities. Guests are welcome to use the grass area immidately outside of the caravan for BBQ and relaxing. Generally check-in's are at 6pm. However, if you require different check-in time, we will always do our best to accommodate. The Glampingvan is based at "Lower Fields Farm" and is situated off the beaten track set within a farm setting. However, Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa and Banbury are all within 20-40minutes. However, It is essential to drive and have the use of a vehicle.
