Bed layout: • King bed for 2 adults, in the bedroom. • Sofa bed for 2 adults, in the living room. • Crib for an infant, available upon notice. Occupancy details: • This room can accommodate 4 adults and 1 infant (at most 2 years old). • Counting children as adults is possible if necessary. • Nonconforming booking requests will be declined. Operating hours: • Operating hours are between 8:00 and 20:00 daily. • Airbnb messages delivered outside of the operating hours may be serviced with a delay. • Please don't call us outside of the operating hours, except for urgent issues, e.g. dysfunctional lockbox. Languages and communication: • We speak Czech and English. • Important communication regarding your accommodation, e.g. check-in details, will be provided to you solely in the aforementioned languages. • Individual enquiries may be serviced in German and Serbian, subject to availability. • We have no obligation to service enquiries in other languages or machine translated enquiries.
