'Little Sunrise' a self contained maisonette with covered parking, located in the grounds of a large family home (called Sunrise). Within 10 minutes easy walking distance to Marlborough high street and all its amenities. The space is located above the properties garage and has a large main room where the bed and TV sit. There is also a separate bathroom, kitchen, storage room and wardrobe. The Maisonette has plenty of natural daylight! If you have small children please do note that there is an small staircase (6 steps) as you enter, we do have a stair gate which you can self-assemble if required. The whole of Little Sunrise (Maisonette)! There is also an undercover parking space and front garden. Whilst David and Elaine (my parents) live in the main house (Sunrise), they may not be there during your stay. Poulton Hill is only a 10 minute walk from Marlborough high street, it's a very quite street and all our neighbors are very friendly. There is lots to do such as Shopping, Walking, Running, Cycling, Golf, Horse Riding, exploring Savernake Forest and lots of pubs and restaurants! Perfect location if you are attending events at Marlborough Collage or the Jazz Festival. Marlborough High Street is a 10 minute walk from Little Sunrise, where you can find pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and plenty of shops. Nearest Train Station: Hungerford (20 mins drive), Pewsey (20 mins drive) or Swindon (30 mins drive). Buses: Run to Pewsey and Swindon from Marlborough high street
