Large double bedroom in a 2 bedroom flat

A comfortable double bed in a large double room of a new built flat with easy access to the city centre and railway station. The listing is for 1 guest only and since i am away, you will be the only person in the flat with access to all rooms except mine. My flat is generally suitable for contractors, daytime working professionals, individuals on training courses or seminars and solo travellers / visitors to the city. My flat is in a quiet, residential location so you would have a good night’s sleep. It is 4 miles from Milton Keynes Central, which has restaurants, a theatre, shopping centre, etc. and 1 mile from Stony Stratford, which is a popular little village with a lot of character and pubs. There is public transport (bus 301) right on the doorstep and taxi services throughout the day. In addition to the double room, you will have access to the living room, kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub. The dining table in the living room can also be used as a common work/laptop space! The kitchen has a microwave, oven, kettle, etc. but if you do not fancy cooking, you can always get a takeaway or head to Stony Stratford, Wolverton or CMK Hub for a bite to eat. There are plenty of windows in the flat, which makes it bright and cosy. There is an allocated parking for the flat right outside the building. The flat has two bedrooms in total but I store my things in the small bedroom as I am away. Therefore, you would practically have the entire flat to yourself (except my bedroom) which is also why I expect my guests to be reliable and respectful of my flat and neighbours. Guests can feel free to access the entire flat except my bedroom where I store my belongings. The listing is for 1 person only so please respect this. I do not live in the UK currently so will not be able to meet in person.
