Beautiful home in the heart of Clécy
Large detached house in the heart of the village of Clécy, the capital of Swiss Normandy. Less than 5 mins walk to the town square where, amongst others, there is a small supermarket, bakery/patisserie, butchers and a tourist information office. The interior of the property is light and airy and the large gardens provide plenty of space in which to play and relax. Perfect for walkers, cyclists and anybody looking for a base from which to explore Normandy. Stunning, newly renovated house in the heart of Clécy. This has been our family holiday home for a number of years. Guests have the house to themselves and use of the extensive gardens. The bedrooms are on the first floor and have juliet balconies overlooking Clecy and the garden. There is also a family bathroom on the first floor. Downstairs is a large open-plan kitchen/dining area and lounge. There is a spacious hallway, downstairs toilet and utility room. Outside there is a store that can be used for bikes etc. Also plenty of parking both on the drive and outside the property. Outbuilding next to main house can be used to secure bike and for boots storage. The outbuilding also contains the garden furniture that can be used. We have a table and chairs for use in the courtyard, another by the front door, outside furniture for the patio and a garden table next to the cherry tree. There is also a type 2 electric vehicle charger (Tesla and other type 2 EV's) located in the outbuilding for car charging on the drive. We like to give our guests space but will respond quickly to emails, phone and texts. Clécy is the capital of Swiss Normandy.
