Cosy flat in old farmhouse close to Luebeck

This farmhouse was build in 1850 and is now 168 years old. Two years ago we renovated the whole cottage to modern standards of living. Like a big shower, w-lan, big tv-screen, x-box, washing-mashine, dishwasher etc. The location is a little village called Eckhorst, which means OAK-forrest, just 7 kilometers away from the historical center of the picturesque old town of Lübeck (Luebeck) and its famous christmas market. There you go by bus oder by taxi (round about 20 Euro). The farmhouse has 3 sleeping-rooms and a cosy leathercouch in the living room, where 2 people can sleep. In the center of the cottage you have the "Diele", now used as dining room. You have also a storage-room and a separate rom to play chess for example. The big shower in the bathroom has a little bench where you can sit while you shower. Our guests are invited to use all facilites in the house and the garden. For example the little gardenhouse, the barbeque and - on your own risk - the bicycles. During your stay we are not at the house but you can call us for questions and help. We will act asap. Please take note that we charge electricity and gas for heating the apartment separately. We will charge only what we have to pay to local suppliers fpr electric power and gas. The reason for this seperate charging is that the consumption of energy depends only on individual behaviour and the size of the group.
