Comfortable bungalow in village location with plenty of great walks on the doorstep. We are happy for you to bring your well behaved dog and we have a lovely secure garden so you can relax knowing your dog is safe. We pride ourselves on our cleaning regime and make every effort to ensure our home is both cleaned and sanitised between guests. There are also plenty of cleaning products available for you to use should you wish. We have a modern, well equipped and Comfortable bungalow in a village location. For keen cyclists and walkers there is access from the village to cycle routes for Sherwood pines and the Southwell trail, there are also some good rural walks. The village has a nice dog friendly pub, which serves good food, within walking distance from the bungalow. We are well situated for access by car to Newark, Nottingham, Mansfield and Lincoln. The lounge area has a large tv with Sky and a blue ray DVD player. There is a cosy log burner for you to use on cold nights and a basket of wood is supplied. The lounge leads to the Kitchen/dining area which is a wonderful bright, modern area to enjoy your meals. If you enjoy cooking you will find the kitchen is especially well equipped and we have recently added a herb area in the garden for you to enjoy fresh herbs. The bedroom is a double divan bed and there is a wardrobe with hanging and drawer space for you to use. The bathroom has a large shower cubicle. The garden is private, sunny and pleasant to sit and have a morning coffee on the bistro set. It is well fenced and secure for your dog to run around. Guests can access all of the property apart from one bedroom which we keep locked. I will be available on the phone and happy to help with any queries.
