It´s a beautiful charming classic cottage, "Sea Lodge" originally from anno 1790, renovated in high level Villa standard with central heating and a total of 8 rooms with one Master suite, 3 double bedrooms, 3 bath rooms, modern classic kitchen and a laundry room. The house is situated on mainland Värmdö on a flat lawn level sea lot only 15 meter from the sea in the south with a big jetty and a available sauna. This is only 30 min. by car from Stockholm city and 30 min to the outer skerries in the Archipelago and the Yacht Club in Sandhamn. With a lot of interesting destinations on land and at sea in the surroundings. In the area there are a tennis court, a child friendly beach, 4 golf courses nearby and also Scandinavian biggest boat marina Bullandö Marina with a restaurant and a lot of boat rental possibilities, etc. For store shopping it is only 13 km. A rowboat with a outboard motor is included. WiFi/WLAN, wireless broadband is available. Elfsala Lodge is not a private home it is only made for our Tenants. Please note that Elfsala Lodge Gästgård is not suitable for extravagant large parties or events. But it is OK to rent Elfsala for told and agreed quiet gatherings and receptions, then see our own website online for contact and agreement. We have had many successful such events for both companies and individuals. A rowboat with a outboard motor is included during spring, summer and autumn. Sauna could be required as an extra facility. All access roads, including the one up to the lodge, are tarred and are kept open all year round.
