House in a quiet, relaxing place and close to the famous natural pools of biscuits with therapeutic and very refreshing waters. Near the world heritage city by UNESCO, Angra do Heroismo, main town of the Island. The title "Very Noble, Loyal and Always Constant" assigned to Angra do Heroismo highlights the importance of this metropolis. Located on the northern coast of the Island of Terceira, the Biscoitos bathing area comprises natural pools between the curious shapes of the black rocks which are the result of volcanic eruptions. With a good support infrastructure, this area attracts many bathers, but also those who enjoy the contemplation of nature and find here a lovely landscape full of contrasts between the dark basalt and the blue sea. An eminently rural area, the parish of Biscoitos is also a well known wine producing region where the Azores’ famous verdelho wine is made.
