Bedrooms hold Brand New Hybrid Memory Foam/Spring Matresses (2 Queen bdrms & 1 Twin Bdrm.) All beds have Hotel Grand Down- Feather pillows for optimal head & neck sleeping comfort. We are the ONLY apartment building (2-flat) in this whole area here with friendly neighbors and lots of people that care. ***Nice restaurants that have started here including great Mexican cuisine, Chinese, Italian and Polish foods. ***We have a great 50's style Diner around the corner that if you didn't know about it, you'd definitely miss it! It's known to the locals as "Billy's Grill", and the main cook/owner was a Navy Cook! Awesomeness at it's finest! Tell Jim & Lynn that Marcie sent you :) It's truly a memorable walk-back-in-time that's for sure and great food to boot! ***Chi-Tung is always packed full as it comes with high reviews, and a newly opened Martini Bar, serving vietnamese cuisine with a French flair. Dead-end Street great with parking spaces as many neighbors have garages and/or Driveways. Also virtually no traffic noise as it's a quiet block and not a through street. Metra Train to Downtown Chicago only 1 Block away! Only 1 more stop away then zooms off to Downtown, 20 minutes away! Always on time and great dependable service, I love it! MDW Midway Airport is 7-10 minutes away and Host can pick you up, if needed, as this is offered free to guests that rent for weekly or longer stays :) Near I-294 (West) and not too far (20 mins.East) from I-57 and I-94 for business meetings. I-55 is North of me, about 20 mins, depending on traffic. Always a warm smile, friendly atmosphere and Fresh Coffee... perhaps some things that make your stay here feel special, a basket of candy for TV time, a bowl of fruit, may be fresh cut flowers in summer, or fresh veggies from my 'God'en, & perhaps coffee cake or freshly-baked goods in winter... just some little touches that help to make you feel good and warmly welcomed!
