This is a centrally located, 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor of a residential building in Oban, just a short walk to the iconic seafront and esplanade, with fresh local seafood restaurants, the whisky distillery and boat trips only minutes away. EDEN is a unique apartment with modern styling and features a bright, open plan living space incorporating lounge, dining and kitchen area, comfortable bedroom and contemporary shower room. It is the ideal place for a memorable stay. On-street metered parking is available right outside the property which is free overnight between 6pm and 9am. You have access to the entire apartment during your stay. Inspired by nature the interior decor and colour palette throughout EDEN have been carefully chosen to create a unique couples getaway. LIVING SPACE: Enjoy relaxing in this stunning space which overlooks the river running through Oban. Take an evening to unwind with a glass of wine and look at the colourful lights across the river, before dining out at one of many nearby restaurants just a short walk away. The interior design is bang on trend and the space has been thoughtfully designed for couples, with sumptuous velvet sofa, 43" smart TV, bar dining table and seating for 2 guests. KITCHEN: The brand new fitted kitchen is immaculately clean, with an individual and contemporary feel. Fully equipped and the perfect space if you would like to cook during your stay. Enjoy some delicious Nespresso morning coffee from the espresso maker! MASTER BEDROOM: Bright and spacious bedroom with brand new king size bed, luxurious mattress and built-in wardrobe. This bold and colourful room has feature drop lighting and designer wallpaper to create a unique and stylish atmosphere, whilst providing a comfortable space to relax. USB sockets in the room for guest convenience. SHOWER ROOM: Contemporary shower room with walk in rainfall shower. ALSO INCLUDED: Wi-fi Tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits provided. Towels and bed linen. Fresh flowers on arrival. Cooking essentials - oil, salt, pepper. COVID-19 UPDATE: Cleaning products, cloths and hand sanitiser are provided. I endeavour to maintain an exceptional standard of cleanliness and extra care and attention is given during all changeovers. The property will be thoroughly cleaned using approved products including a virucidal disinfectant. The location is perfect for all amenities with a choice of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars all right outside on the street below. Enjoy Oban's famous sea views and esplanade in just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Perfect location for ferry terminal, train, bus and taxi station - just a 5 minute walk. All amenities within walking distance, Oban is a small town so can be easily explored on foot. PARKING: If you are bringing a car you can park right outside which is paid at the meter and costs around £1 per hour. The maximum stay for on street parking is 4 hours. Street parking is free overnight. For long stay parking The Rockfield Centre is very nearby and costs £5 for 24 hours. Mossfield Stadium has a free car park and is around a 10 minute walk from EDEN Apartment. EDEN is on the second floor of Stevenson House. 2 flights of stairs must be climbed to access the apartment.
