Two-room apartment overlooking the ski slopes

The perfect place for mountain lovers both in winter and summer. The apartment is located directly on the ski slopes during the winter season and offers countless hikes in the warmer months. The two-room apartment is located on the first floor of the “Casa Alpina” complex in the exclusive and quiet area of Motta di Sotto, just 2 km from Madesimo. In the immediate proximity there are restaurants, equipment rental and ski pass sales. The small apartment consists of: - bedroom with double bed; - living room with dining table; - SAT TV; - double sofa bed; - full kitchen - terrace with panoramic views of the ski lifts; - ski deposit. Free outdoor parking is offered a few steps from the apartment. I will be available by phone at any time. I will often be available in person for any need. Motta is 2 km far from the centre of Madesimo (SO). The area is extremely quiet and surrounded by nature. Ski lifts are less than 100 meters away from the apartment. Motta can be reached by cable railway from Campodolcino (SO) or by car from Madesimo (SO). Free parking slots are available right outside the apartment. During the winter period (December-April) during holidays, the route Madesimo - Motta can only be driven before 9 am and after 5 pm. This restriction aims at reducing traffic in Motta for environmental reasons. Bed linen is provided. Towels are NOT provided. Check-in is done independently using the safety deposit box at the entrance door.
