Sun-filled Courtyard Modern Heritage Home

My home is a new bluestone villa in one of Adelaide's oldest and prettiest suburbs, Malvern which has tree-lined streets. Cafes and restaurants are a 2 minute walk, public transport is a 2 minute walk with buses every 15 minutes. The CBD and central markets are 5 kms away. Public transport to beach is a 2 minute walk. The back section of the home includes a living room, bathroom, two bedrooms and a garden with a gas BBQ, that is entirely yours to enjoy. The kitchen is shared with me occassionally. The front section of the house is separate and this is where I live which means I am here to help you with questions or anything you may need. I have had many visitors here and have always enjoyed the experience. Return trips to the airport, bus and train stations are available by arrangement with myself. Secure off street parking for one or two cars is included. No pets please and I do not have any.
