Redwood Cottage is available for holiday or permanent rentals. ** Where will I be? ** Redwood Cottage is within easy driving distance of Bowral town, Moss Vale, and all wineries, wedding venues and other local attractions. The local pony club grounds and the beautiful Burradoo Park are an easy walk from the house and highly recommended. ** Why choose Redwood Cottage? ** Ideally located, comfortable and retaining many original features, Redwood Cottage is a great option for your Southern Highlands getaway. Sit back on the full sized vernadah, admire the gardens and watch the world go by! ** How is the property laid out? ** Redwood Cottage has a comfortable living room that opens onto the front verandah. There is a separate dining area and kitchen, with an original Meters stove (display only.) There are two comfortably sized bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a combined bathroom and laundry. ** Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it? ** This particular property does NOT offer Wi-Fi. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, it's best to use your smartphone only during your stay or find a local cafe that offers free Wi-Fi. The Holidays Collection is committed to getting all owners to provide Wi-Fi at their property, but this is still work in progress! ** What about outdoors? ** The gardens at Redwood Cottage are sure to impress. The fully fenced yard is great for your pets, and the full sized front and back verandahs are ideal to sit and relax. The back verandah has a BBQ and outdoor setting to make the most of the beautiful gardens. ** Staying warm or keeping cool?! ** Redwood Cottage has a reverse cycle air conditioner in the dining room / living area,and fans in the two bedrooms. The windows and doors can also be opened up to catch any breeze. For cooler months or winter, there are oil heaters and electric blankets in the bedrooms, as well as a gas fireplace in the living area. ** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? ** Linen and bath towels are provided at Redwood Cottage. ** Parking for cars? ** There is plenty of parking on the driveway. The garage is reserved for the owners personal use. ** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? ** Pets are welcome at Redwood Cottage!Please bring a bed for your dog, and do not allow them on the beds or furniture. Please also clean up after your pet. ** What are the minimum stay rules? ** There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends and four nights at Easter. ** Who will I be dealing with during my stay? ** This property is professionally managed by a dedicated holiday rental agency with offices in Gerringong, Hyams Beach and Bowral.
