It offers a room in a family home, is our family residence with two bathrooms, composed of three members and a small dog, for national or foreign students for complete courses, masters or similar. Minimum one month. A contract will be formalized to rent a room in a shared house according to Spanish legislation. The accommodation allows to live within the independence of the room with a family. So in the course of foreign students will be used to practice the Spanish language. However, there is one person in the family who is fluent in English The common areas accessible will be one of the bathrooms and the kitchen. As the house has two bathrooms, one will be assigned one of priority use for you, being reserved the other for the family, except that the first one is occupied. By living with a family you will receive any information you may need. The neighborhood is of middle class and has all the services, hospital, health center, pharmacies, supermarkets, shops and catholic church. In the city there is a theater, public library, as well as many bars and pubs with different musical styles. In fifteen minutes, by public transport, you will be in the center of Madrid, with access to the museums, theaters, restaurants and nightlife of the capital. There are several bus stops nearby that connect the neighborhood with others in the city, as well as interurban with Madrid and nearby towns. It has close to two stations of Metrosur (Getafe Central and Alonso de Mendoza) as well as one of Cercanías (Getafe Center). The UC3M (Carlos III University of Madrid) has a campus in Getafe and in the neighboring town of Leganés, the time it takes to arrive by bus to both University campuses is approximately fifteen minutes.
