The Croft is ideally located in the small, historic hamlet of Llanrhian, on the old coast road between Mathry and St Davids. The Cottage is just off the main crossroads leading down to the picturesque port of Porthgain with its famous pub, fantastic eateries, and picture-perfect harbourside. The Croft is a large and spacious property sleeping up to five guest in 3 bedrooms , all with views across green fields towards the sea and setting sun. All bedrooms let in ample light and sea breeze The open-plan layout of the downstairs space allows room for a spacious lounge area, with two sofas and an armchair nestled around the gorgeous log burner, a perfect space for post-adventure relaxing in front of the fire and TV. The dining space is generous, leading away from the lounge and towards the large bay window, with ample room for all guests to enjoy an evening meal and some drinks. The galley kitchen is well-equipped; the owner has managed to house a fridge-freezer, double oven with hobs, washer-dryer, dishwasher, double steel sink unit, as well as a microwave and kettle, and a stand-alone unit, all in this modest space. Beyond the kitchen, the garden opens out into a pleasing green space, perfectly private, with a shed and wood store to the rear, and access to the private parking space to the side of the property. Large benches allow guests to enjoy the sunshine and the sea breeze blowing across the fields. Guest have sole use of the cottage and its garden. Access is at the front of the house through the porch. The key lock safe is located on the porch wall. Porthgain is less than a mile from the cottage and this can be walked in about fifteen minutes down the road or if you prefer, the public footpath through the fields. From here you can join up with the Pembrokeshire coastal path. For those with electric vehicles, there are two charge points less than a mile away in Porthgain There is off road parking at the front of the house for three cars
