Holiday apartment in resort town.

We offer a cosy flat on the upper floor of our house - with lovely view on the lake. Through the garden, there is direct access to a promenade around the lake. The old town centre is within a five minutes walk from our house. Bicycles can be rented close-by to explore our lovely area. The resort is a spa with thermal and fango treatments. Two golf courses are 3 km from our place. The living room has a balcony where you can enjoy scenic sunsets. There is a little kitchen. One bedroom with two separate beds. Shower bathroom and extra WC. Parking space on our own property. The apartment is separate from our private flat on ground floor. Our region is called Oberschwaben. It is blessed with a good climate. Small-scale farming is still prevailing and at the same time small (and clean) industries. We are a quiet "Hinterland" to the busy Bodensee-tourist centres, and also close to the Bavarian and Austrian mountain regions. Our closest airports are Friedrichshafen or Memmingen. International airports are Stuttgart and München. From there, we can be reached by railway, however a rented car might be more convenient. Of course, we offer our assistance for all queries you might have.
