Several private hospitals within 4kms. Very close to supermarkets, chemists & other essential services. Totally private, making social distancing easy. This space is really a private, secluded cottage. Social distancing is very easy, as you are totally on your own. From self check in to your patio, you are totally private. The only area that you'll have to share (if you need it), is the laundry room. But there's also a laundromat close by in a small center, that you can make use of. You also have a bit of a view of the harbor. You have full access of your bedroom, your private bathroom, your private kitchen, your own private lounge / dining room area with your own TV, as well as your own private outdoor sitting area. There is also plenty of work space in your bedroom as well as in your lounge area. WIFI available. I am on (Hidden by Airbnb) , so guests can easily get hold of me. I'm close by for any emergencies or questions. Glenwood is a well established neighborhood with lots of big trees, bird life and friendly people. It's a very vibey area with lots to do and see. Several trendy restaurants, art gallery, coffee shops and bars just around the corner. Also parks with walkways where you can walk while keeping social distancing. Easy to walk around. Within walking distance from supermarkets, chemists, doctors, bars, restaurants, art gallery, shops, library and hospitals. Uber taxis and other taxis are available or rent a car options. Close to the university, several private hospitals, shopping centers, restaurants, coffee shops, art gallery and parks. Easy access to the ICC, beaches, and Sun Coast.
