Modern double with private bathroom

Double, spacious room in a newly built modern house and private bathroom with rain shower. Dublin airport is a 12 minute drive, train station a 5 minute walk and a 25 minute train ride to Dublin City Centre. We are nestled in a small country lane in Donabate village. The spectacular beaches of Donabate and Portrane are down the road with a beautiful coastal walk between both beaches and amazing views of Lambay Island. The room is for tourists only and is not a room rental for office work. Our house is detached and is clean and modern and extremely private and quiet. Tea/coffee making facility in the bedroom. The bedroom and private bathroom are accessible only. You can contact me at any time for information or if you need help. I want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Newbridge Park is within walking distance and the village is a 2 min walk away where there are restaurants, pubs, a coffee shop and a supermarket. Beaches are stunning. There are also several golf courses in Donabate By train: 25 minutes to Dublin city centre; 5 minutes to the village of Malahide. The train station is a 7 minute walk from the house. The m1 and m50 are close by and if you like shopping, the Pavillions shopping centre is a 10 minute drive and there is also a bus that brings you right there. Breakfast is not included, however there is a kettle in the room with coffee/tea and snacks.
