Within the main 4-storey Palazzo, guests will find an on-site reception, a stylish café bar and contemporary Panama Italian restaurant. The shared family-friendly parkland features meandering footpaths, a communal beach with SUP and watersport hire, 2 children’s play areas. During the months of July and August there is also a kids’ entertainment program. From the resort’s central location along ‘Via Prati’, guests will easily be able to reach the town amenities, the bus and ferry links and the main lake road of Porlezza (2-5 minutes’ walk away). Perfect for a fun and varied holiday on the Italian-Swiss Lakes, the resort is within easy driving distance from the year-round lake capital of Lugano and the picturesque, well-serviced Lake Como resort of Menaggio (22-28 minutes’ drive away). Additional Service ChargeCleaning & Linen Charges: Each Porto Letizia property tariff is inclusive of gas, electricity, water & air-conditioning (A/C only available in the Palazzo Apartment and only in July and August), however tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. On arrival, please visit the Porto Letizia Reception Desk where you will be able to pay for your linen & towels, which is €10,00 per person, per set. The linen and towel package contains 2 sheets, 1 pillow cover and towels for 1 week. The final compulsory cleaning costs per stay are as follows: Studio Apt: €60 1 Bedroom Apt: €70 2 Bedroom Apt: €85 3 Bedroom Apt or Villa: €100 Tourist tax: € 1,50 per person per night. The cleaning, linen and extra charges must be paid on arrival at the reception of Porto Letizia.Short BreaksThis property has a minimum stay of three nights (except for July and August).High Season Check-in DayIn the high season, from the 1st July until the end of August, arrival and departure days are on Saturdays only.Additional ExtrasOn arrival you can hire a baby-cot for €20, a highchair for €15 and an extra bed for €85. Pets are allowed and cost an additional €30. All these charges are not dependent on the length of your stay and are a one off payment, they are not included in the above mentioned rental prices. You will be asked to leave a €200 deposit at the reception to cover accidental damages. If you accept the damage waiver at the time of booking you will not be asked for this deposit.
