Apple and peach trees. New kitchen, master bed and bathroom. Ridgefield, CT is 10 minutes and Katonah, NY is 15 mins, which is on the MTA line. East end of Lake Waccabuc. Brand new kitchen with double oven, toaster, microwave, dishwasher. Two big living rooms and a half bath on the ground floor. Bedrooms are on the second floor. Playroom is downstairs. There's central heat and AC, but there is also a high efficiency fireplace in the living room that is really cozy and warm. There's a new stone porch right by the lake (in addition to the lawn) that's a great place to sit and relax after a day on the lake. Power boats may be available. We have huge front yard, suitable for any kind of ball game. There is a large deck right beside the kitchen, and a huge back yard right by the lake, including brand new stone patio. Play lawn games and grill beside the lake. Power boats may be available. This house has a long driveway and is on a private street, so it's great for little kids to walk or ride around. Katonah, a charming town with an MTA train station is about 15 mins away. Cross river is 5 mins away, Ridgefield, Connecticut is 10 minutes away and has tons of restaurants and stores and is a lovely town. Mt. Lakes Park is 1000 acre park with Westchester's highest point is 1 minute away. Pound ridge reservation, a gigantic park is 10 minutes. Vehicles may be available.
