The property is located in the Urbanización Los Aposentos 5 minutes from Canoa, Manabí and can be reached by car or taxi. The area is very safe and access is monitored. The apartment was built under a bamboo house and completed in 2021. From the terrace you have a great view of the sea and Canoa. From the apartment you can walk to the beach or a bay with caves in 5-10 minutes. Canoa can be reached on foot in 25 minutes during low tide. The cabin is located in a very quiet area in the middle of the dry forest. There are a few neighbors within sight, but mostly very quiet. You can get to the cabin with your own car or a $ 3 taxi from Canoa. From the apartment you can walk to the beach in 5-10 minutes or to a small bay with caves. From the beach you can then walk directly to Canoa - comfortably on the beach at low tide, and at high tide you have to climb over a rock.
