The house is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, mugs, pans and BBQ equipment. So all you need is to bring food. For stay over a week guests are responsible for trash and recycling removal. You need to bring all garbage and recycling to Greene County recycling center off of Route 23A, they charge $2.00 per bag of garbage. Recycling is free but must be properly sorted.
