I am lucky enough to have 2 spare bedrooms in my home that I rent out via Air BNB. This bedroom is opposite the main bathroom on the 1st floor. The bathroom is shared. Room has a comfy queen bed with a gas lift base so you can store things under the bed maximising space in your wardrobe. Included is a TV with Amazon Fire Stick, alarm clock, ducted aircon, HDMI cable, USB fast charger, extension cord and a ceiling fan. Note: there are no drawers, but plenty of hanger space and under bed space. Amazing locations less than 25 mins walk from the heart of North Adelaide or Prospect. Excellent public transport links - 9 minutes to bus stop Quiet home and street Close to recreation grounds Easy, free street parking around property Close to airport (20min taxi ride) Bathroom - bath, shower, toilet. Lounge Kitchen Yard Street Parking Laundry - only available 2 specific days per week, you will need your own washing powder and softener I work Monday-Friday and the odd Saturday morning. I generally keep to myself most of the time and let you get on with it! I Quiet new build neighbourhood, house at end of cul-de-sac Close to a nearby park and playing fields Bus lines to CBD on Churchill Road and Torrens Road - 9 minute walk to nearest stop Dudley Park and Ovingham train stations a short 14 min walk away Free street parking on Parklink and Exeter Tce 3 cats - one is super friendly and will want to be around you!
