A lovely newly built flat in North Nicosia
The lovely flat is situated in Kaymakli region in Nicosia/Lefkosa in the northern part of Cyprus. It is very close to the bus stops and the main bus terminal of Nicosia/Lefkosa. There are two supermarkets and a cinema just 6 minutes away, as well as other amenities. Close-by facilities include: hairdressers, stationery shops, banks, fishmonger, and a nice local ice cream shop. The flat is very cozy and sunny. It also has a little private balcony looking east. The area is a very quiet, and mostly family based and a clean neighborhood. The living room, kitchen (which includes a dining table, oven, fridge, cooker, washing machine, water heater/kettle), bathroom are all shared. You will have a two-bed room to yourself. I am available to meet you and assist you after-work hours (after 6 pm). I can also provide you information with regards to things to do in the northern part of Cyprus, how to get around and so on. The area is a very quiet, and mostly family based and a clean neighborhood. It takes 25 minutes to get from Ercan Airport to the flat, and from Larnaca airport it is roughly 1 hour car ride. However, please bear in mind that you need to pass passport control at Agios Dometios/Metehan Border Crossing Gate when getting from southern part of Cyprus to northern part of Cyprus. Old Town Nicosia is 30-minute walk or 6 minutes car ride away, which is where most of the cultural and historical heritage of Nicosia is. There are also nice cafes, restaurants and bars in Old Town Nicosia. The shopping district, Dereboyu, where you will find many shops, restaurants and cafes is 38-minute walk or 13-minute car ride away. If you want to get to Kyrenia, you can either get there by car (30 minutes), or you can take the minibuses from bus terminal. These minibuses usually leave every 15 minutes but always ask the attendant at the terminal with regards to the times of the buses.
