Our stylish, detached home is close to central Brighton, the beach, station & shops. Clean, uncluttered and very unique, it has great interior design and is perfect for a Brighton getaway. Located in the vibrant Seven Dials, there are cafes, restaurants & shops to enjoy in the local neighbourhood. This beautifully appointed detached four-bedroomed house is a unique Brighton property that has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard with lots of well thought out interior design features throughout. You won't want to leave our Brighton bolthole. It's perfect for families sharing, family get togethers or for a group of friends who want to escape to a stylish Brighton retreat. All of our guests give us 5-star reviews and excellent feedback for our property. We have also been a superhost for many years. We do not allow parties at the property so please don't book our home if you're coming to Brighton for this purpose. This is our well-loved family home, not a party house. You'll have all the home comforts and local knowledge you need during your stay. Our house is a very unique property and layout with a bright, spacious, open plan living area, free parking for two cars and large sunny garden in a central location. The house is very close to Brighton train station and Preston Park (5 minute walk) - great if you're running the Brighton Marathon or Brighton Half Marathon or coming to stay for one of the many events Brighton hosts. You can walk to the centre of town in 15 minutes and enjoy the delights of Brighton beach and Brighton Pier, North Laine and the bustling seafront. There's a bus stop right outside our house that takes you directly to Devil's Dyke, perfect if you want to walk the South Downs Way and sample some of the brilliant country pubs in the area. There are also excellent transport links to the AMEX Stadium for football lovers and Worthing, Lewes and Shoreham if you want a change of scene. Plus there's FREE parking for two cars in our private driveway - a huge bonus in Brighton as parking is expensive and hard to find. We can arrange additional permits (at an extra charge) if bringing more than two cars. We have recently replaced the decking area in the garden and improved the outside space, which is a huge draw for guests who want to relax in the garden and make the most of the space. Kids will love playing in the garden and our friendly cat Sparkles who'll be here during your stay. Located in the vibrant Seven Dials area of the city, it's a 15 minute walk to Brighton's iconic beach and pier, the North Laine, south lanes, i360 and main shopping areas. There are lots of fabulous cafes, bars, restaurants and shops right on your doorstep with new places opening all the time. The property boasts a large, sunny garden where you can relax with friends and enjoy a BBQ in the summer months. Plus, there's an outside dining and seating area and decking that wraps around the house. We take great pride in preparing the house for guests so that it's spotlessly clean, uncluttered and tidy - you can rest assured that we have followed stringent cleaning protocols before guests arrive and when they leave to conform with the COVID-19 cleaning standards put in place by Airbnb. The way our house is laid out is very unique for Brighton with a luxurious, spacious, open plan living area downstairs, meaning guests have lots of space to kick back and relax together. Our house is a real hidden gem in a lovely family neighbourhood and is the perfect place to escape with friends and family. On the ground floor there's a large, bright, sunny open plan kitchen with Scandinavian-style white lime flooring, plywood cupboards, double oven, brand new American-style fridge, Dualit toaster and milk frother, Espresso maker, leather club chair, Sonos sound system and seating for up to eight people. The kitchen is the heart of our home and the perfect place for friends and family to relax and enjoy dinner. The downstairs living space is a huge draw for guests - it's the perfect place to hangout around the table whilst cooking in our well-appointed kitchen. The cosy, peaceful, double aspect lounge has two large sofas, wall-mounted flat screen TV, games cupboard for the kids, books, selection of DVDs for your use and log burner, which is perfect for the winter months. There are two large, sunny double bedrooms downstairs. One has a double bed, wall-mounted TV, doors that lead out on to a sunny private terrace and is right next to the shower room with power shower and stylish vintage furnishings. The second bedroom downstairs has 2 x single beds - a single bed with a single bed and mattress underneath that can be pulled out and made up ahead of your arrival, turning it into a spacious twin room. A large, sunny window overlooks the garden. Upstairs there are two large, bright double bedrooms with everything you need for your stay. The master bedroom has a king size bed and has recently been redecorated and re-styled to a very high standard with handmade dressing table, built in wardrobes and unique vintage touches. The other double bedroom has also been redecorated and has a new double bed, brand new built in shelves, desk area and hanging space for guests. Both have black out blinds guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep. There is also a bright, well-appointed family bathroom upstairs with bath, shower, large heated towel rail, toilet, sink and lovely design touches. Our house sleeps eight very comfortably. All of the beds will be made up for you and each guest will be left a clean towel, so there's no need to bring these with you. It is the ideal house for families with children of all ages and is also perfect for groups of friends or couples who want to spend time in Brighton and make the most of its restaurants, fabulous independent shops, bars and famous Pier and seafront. The area where our house is located is full of cafes, pubs and shops and has a friendly, local buzz. Bedding, hairdryers and towels are all included in your stay and all the beds will be made up for you ready for your arrival. All you have to do is turn up and relax in our beautiful home. There will be a bottle of fizz chilling ready for your arrival. We have a friendly cat called Sparkles who will be at the house during your stay - she is only allowed downstairs in the lounge and kitchen and is very low maintenance. All our guests comment about how much they love her. This is a well-loved family home and we want you to relax and enjoy your stay. Please note: this is not a party house. It is our family home in a family friendly area, so if you are coming to Brighton to party this is not the house for you. No outside guests are allowed, only people who have booked to stay with us. The detached house is situated in a quiet, family orientated area of Brighton. During your stay you will have access to the whole house, big, sunny garden and private driveway with free parking for two cars. We will either be on hand to meet and greet you or we will send you all the details you need ahead of your arrival to discuss check in arrangements. We can also give you lots of tips and advice about how to make the most out of Brighton and our lovely local area. There are so many hidden gems in Brighton and we will happily share our secrets with you. We can also help you book restaurants and advise on the best new openings and go-to spots. Our house is a short walk from Brighton station and the iconic Brighton beach and Pier (10/15 minute walk or five minute cab ride). The famous North Laine are a 10-minute walk away and a perfect for people who love independent shops and a real Brighton shopping experience. It's located in a fantastic local part of the city called Seven Dials. It's a lovely local neighbourhood with lots of cool restaurants, cafes, pop-up events, bars, pubs, parks and independent shops right on your doorstep. This is the real Brighton, away from the tourist crowds and traffic, and I can recommend lots of secret spots in the city. But if you want the buzz of the city, it's right on our doorstep. We're also very close to Preston Park (5-minute walk), which is the starting point for the Brighton Half Marathon and full Marathon, Park Run, Mini Mile and other sporting events, as well as Brighton Pride Festival and live outdoor events. You can also catch a bus up to Devil's Dyke and be walking on the South Downs Way in 20 minutes. We have a cafe just around the corner as well as three great gastropubs, The Chimney House, The Cow & Prestonville Arms, Small Batch Coffee and Flour Pot bakery, selling great coffee and artisan bread. Everything is within walking distance to the centre of town - there's no need to use your car at all during your stay. We can recommend lots of other places and activities too, depending on what you like and how you like to spend your time. There are some fantastic kids activities in and around Brighton - please ask us for details. There are excellent transport links if you want to catch a bus into town and we have FREE off-road parking available for two cars - if you are travelling by car this is a good option as parking is notoriously expensive and tricky in Brighton. We are also close to the gorgeous market town of Lewes, Ditchling, Worthing, Chichester and Eastbourne. Brighton Station is an easy 10/15 minute walk away from our house. Regular buses also go from right outside our house to Devil's Dyke and you can be walking on the beautiful South Downs Pathway in 20 minutes. We can advise guests on some great walks and fantastic country pubs that are well worth exploring while you're staying. You can also hire BTN Bike Share bikes, which can be found at Seven Dials and other locations throughout the city.
