It's very convenient but do expect some background hustle and bustle noises. Nailsworth has been voted as one of the top places to live in the UK by the Sunday Times. It’s considered as “the Notting Hill of the Cotswolds”. Easy access to Stroud farmers market. Nailsworth nestles at the junction of three heavily wooded valleys with open commons above. So the area is incredibly beautiful and great for walking. The town is a delightful mix of hippy, green and boutique. The community is harmonious and regularly use and support the towns offerings. Call it the Notting Hill of the Cotswolds. There is a good range of independent, family run shops, restaurants, cafes and leisure facilities within the town. Nailsworth is easy to walk around. There is on-street parking opposite the apartment. Public transport by bus to Stroud train station, Cheltenham and Gloucester is 1 minute walk away. There is an electric bike shop where you can hire bikes close by on Market Street about 2 minute walk away. There is an original 1900's fireplace but unfortunately this is for decoration and not functional. Please don't try to light a fire in it.
