Quiet, Comfortable, and Relaxed

The house is in a quiet community in Wilmington Delaware located close to downtown Wilmington and AI DuPont Hospital for Children (Nemours). Close to I-95 and US 202. Easy on and off both highways. The room is bright and airy. There is a queen bed and dresser available for your use. You will also have use of the kitchen and common areas including a beautiful back yard space. the bathroom is shared and I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. I will be available via phone or text during your stay. Check in times are flexible within reason. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to downtown Wilmington and all of its amenities. Either a short car ride or walk will find you in the middle of Wilmington. The Wilmington Train Station/Amtrak is about 15 minutes. Philadelphia International Airport is 35 minutes.
