The holidays begin here at breakfast, so much so that your house is equipped with coffee maker, toaster, oven, refrigerator and all the necessary modern kitchen appliances. All rooms are spacious, spacious and tastefully decorated.  A large TV (satellite reception) provides the appropriate entertainment. The lounge is divided into a comfortable living area and a dining room with a large table, which should also be used once for a game night. 4 bedrooms, allergy-friendly equipped, seating distributed throughout the house, the adjoining terrace, the extensive garden with a pond where ducks swim, are all part of an exceptional holiday destination. Since it is very quiet and remote with us, we would like to inform you that the cell phone reception is limited. Vodafone is on - all other networks are not yet developed. A landline phone is available for emergencies - billing at the end of the holiday. The minimum stay is 2 nights. For a short-term booking - 2 nights - of the private house will be charged an additional fee of 75 €. By prior agreement with the landlord, you can also spend your holidays with your dog for a fee of 7 € / day / dog. Dogs may only stay on the ground floor floor - for damages caused by dogs in the house and on the property the owner is liable, bedrooms are taboo, as we also accommodate guests with animal allergies. If it is determined during the acceptance of the private house that dogs have also stayed in the sleeping area - so will be deducted from the deposit 100 €. This deduction serves the increased cleaning effort such as disinfection etc, > For each guest 1 small and a large towel are ready, you should after each contact with the water need a new towel - please bring additional towels with you !!  The basic equipment includes 4 toilet rolls, soap, 1 small shower gel, tea towels, dishcloths and spices, > Sheets are provided - you are welcome to bring your favorite pillow !! > The coffee machine works with filter coffee - the guest is responsible for its presence! > You are welcome to use our barbecue - everything for barbecuing the guest must organize.
