Twelve miles from downtown Austin; depending on traffic, it can be a 15-20 minute drive. Please don’t request for less than 1 month stay. Four bedroom, one story clean house. Guest accommodations include private bedroom & private bath and the common areas are shared space with me. Home has a friendly well trained Pug. Gated Community with 24/7 keyless house entry access. Home is alarmed with video surveillance. Codes given day of arrival. ***Neighborhood pool access granted only for 90 day or longer guest. Remainder of neighborhood amenities & short term street guest parking slots are not included in rental.*** Though I live in the home, I work random & often long hours. I am always available by phone, if not home. Quiet family oriented neighborhood with established walking trails. Southwark Meadows retail shopping center, the post office, a car wash, gyms, a variety of bars & restaurants, grocery store and a free standing ER are all nearby. Driveway parking - for 1 vehicle. South Austin location with easy drive access to IH35, Mopac and toll roads 45 & 130. Approximately, twelve miles from downtown Austin- depending on traffic, it can be as quick as 15-20 minute drive. Also approximately 5 miles from Buda, TX and approximately 10 miles from Kyle, TX. Cabs & rideshare options available.
