A beautifully restored coach house set in the grounds of a Fine Manor House built in 1696.Enjoy the rural views over the grounds and fields beyond.Perfectly placed for visits to London,Woburn Abbey and Safari Park, Whipsnade Zoo and much more. Recently restored to a high standard the coach house accommodation is on the first and second floor and comprises of three bedrooms,the Master bedroom is a large room with exposed beams a bespoke Super King sized bed and antique furniture,there is a charming double room up in the loft under the eves and a comfortable twin room that can be made up as a double.The bed linen is white cotton with down quilts and pillows(micro fibre quilts and pillows are available on request). The sitting room has comfortable stylish furniture and views over the grounds and fields beyond,there is a television with DVD player and an iPad/iphone docking station,a selection of DVD's and some board games.Many of the paintings are originals.The dining room seats six comfortably around a beautiful hand made oak table.Leading off the dining room is a small but beautifully done kitchen with oak work surfaces and hand made tiles,very well equipped with an integral dish washer,electric hob and cooker, microwave and plenty of pots pans and utensils.The bathroom is to a high standard with a bath,shower, and heated towel rail.There is also a utility room with washing machine,iron and ironing board with drying facilities. The accommodation is intirely self contained with access to a lovely part walled garden with a table and chairs and use of a barbecue and table tennis. Through a gate in the side of the garden you have access to the orchard with a washing line and plenty of room for a game of football.Badminton rackets and shuttlecocks are available on request.Beyond the orchard you have access to walk in the pastures.There is ample off road parking. Baby-sitting is available on request,as are cots and high chairs. We live in the house next door and I am around most of the time, happy to help with any advice on local attractions and amenities (Website hidden by Airbnb) We live in a lovely rural area that is fantastically well located for easy access to London and to the North of England.There are many lovely places to walk on our many public footpaths. Visit Woburn Abbey and Safari Park, Whipsnade Zoo have a go at Go-Ape or a little further away is Harry Potter world. Woburn has many nice restaurants and is only 8 minutes away by car.Milton Keynes with all its attractions is 20 minutes away. We are well served by trains coming to Leighton Buzzard from London and the North. We have a limited bus service through the village going to Leighton Buzzard, Woburn and beyond. Really the easiest way to get around is by car and there is ample parking spaces at the property. The station and the Airports are well served by Taxis.
