Lakefront Belgrade Camp With a View

Well appointed lake front cottage with an amazing sunset view. Access water with stairs to a shallow area, kayaks, or jump right in off the dock! Fire pit, gas grill, lawn games, picnic table, and lounging chairs. NOTE: we are looking for 1 or 2 week renters only. If rented for 2 weeks we will offer a discount. Inside the camp provides entertainment for a rainy day - board games, puzzles, children’s toys, DVDs, WiFi, tv with Roku. Very well appointed kitchen! Snow Pond (a.k.a. Messalonskee Lake) is excellent for swimming and fishing. Belgrade village is nearby with a general store, ice cream, etc.The camp is fully equipped, with WiFi, Netflix, DVDs, two AC units, dishwasher, BBQ grill. Use of 2 kayaks come with the rental (as well as plenty of life jackets of all sizes). A pontoon boat is also available to rent (inquire for cost). Other amenities are fire pit, hammock, lawn swing for 3 people, picnic table, plenty of lawn chairs and floats for use in the water. Lawn games include horseshoes, beanbag toss, and Bocce ball. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, and microwave. All linen and towels on site, with extra blankets. A washer and dryer are available in the camp, and an outdoor clothes drying line. 3 private bedrooms on main floor - bedroom 1: king size bed (picture is shown as 2 twins, but they are normally pushed together), bedroom 2: queen size bed, bedroom 3: 2 twin beds. There is an open loft space (looks out to the living room/kitchen area) that can sleep an additional 2 people in twin size beds. Note that the stairs to the loft area are steep and not child-proof; use at your own risk. Guests have access to the entire camp property. My father who co-owns the camp with me lives 20 minute away and is available by phone for questions during your stay. The neighborhood is made up of mostly retired people, the place is very quiet. Car is a must! Parking for two cars, overflow vehicles park in extra parking lot a short stroll away from camp. Parties are not allowed, no smokers , well behaved dogs are allowed but must be kept on leash outside per community rules.
