Outside, thanks to its insulated and private open space, you can relax and enjoy the amazing lake view, have a barbecue or do some jogging! Lo chalet è un bilocale di circa 40 mq, costruito in legno e materiali di bioedilizia. Ha una camera matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia e un soggiorno con cucina, un ampio patio all'aperto, privato ed immerso nel verde! Privacy e relax sono assicurati! Lo chalet si trova a 500 mt dalla Guest House principale, ha un accesso indipendente ed è raggiungibile in auto mediante una strada a tratti sterrata a doppio senso di marcia. The chalet is totally available to guests. The area guarantees privacy and relax with a private entrance. The main Guest House (Agriturismo Pisaloc) is 500 mt away. Lo chalet è immerso nel verde e gode di una vista lago molto bella! Lovely and quite area surrounded by nature and olive trees! 10 minutes drive from Gargnano and Toscolano Maderno! Automobile necessaria, tuttavia la zona si presta per giri in mountain bike e lunghe passeggiate! Car is highly recommended to fully enjoy the area! The area is perfect also for jogging and bike! The chalet is part of the Agriturismo Pisaloc and it's in the countryside. The road to get here is partially dirt and narrow. Big car-vans might have some trouble to get to the house! NB. At the moment (July (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) there are some road maintenance works and the road might be closed from 9 am till 5 pm approximately :( :( :( Alternative small road available, adventurous spirit needed! Local taxes are NOT included in the price and must be payed in cash (1€ per person a day). Unfortunately we don't welcome pets. COVID-19 : I am sticking to Airbnb's advanced cleaning protocol, developed under the guidance of industry experts: I sanitize all high-contact surfaces, including door handles. I use detergents and disinfectants approved by official agencies and I wear protective devices to prevent cross-contamination. I clean every room by following long cleaning checklists. I provide guests with a cleaning kit, to allow them to clean during their stay. I operate in compliance with local legislation and all additional safety and cleanliness guidelines.
