You can relax in the garden or have fun at the pool, and when it rains feel free to enjoy our fireplace. Nearby you can discover Catalan history and buy regional wine, vermout and other products. The house is Located at walking distance from public transportation that will bring you to the center of Barcelona in 25minutes. This beautiful, authentic Spanish villa has a very pleasant garden where it is nice to relax after a day of culture in the busy Barcelona. In the summer months you can also refresh in the modest pool. The room and bathroom are private, the kitchen can be used and in the winter months you can heat yourself by the fire in the common living room (shared with residents). Tere lives all her life in Barcelona is a warm and friendly guest lady who likes to tell you more about the area, Barcelona itself or Catalan history. You will have access to every space in the house, except my bedroom. Bed and bathrooms are private but the living room, kitchen,..etc are common. I respect the privacy of my guests. If the guests indicate that they would like more information about Barcelona or the surrounding area, I will gladly give them. When the guests would like more interaction, I will gladly go into that. Alella is a wine town with a very nice Bodega where you can buy local wine, among other things. The village is 2km inland from El Masnou, a seaside resort 15km from Barcelona. There are several restaurants and bars in the cozy harbor of El Masnou. The house is located in a residential area between Alella and El Masnou. El Masnou train station is less than 10min walk away. There is a train every 5min to the center of Barcelona. There is also a bus stop within a 3-minute walk. This express bus takes about 30 minutes to get to the center to Barcelona. There are plenty of parking spaces in the street and in front of the house that do not have to be paid for. Room 2 is only rented in combination with room 1. The beds can be rented separately : 20 EUR/bed/night.
