Peaceful sunset views

Centrally located in the leafy suburb of Buderium with Rain forest and waterfall walks nearby. Loverly landscaped fully fenced back yard with outdoor BBQ and dinning area. Great sunset views from the back yard and out door couch on the balcony. Head to the beach in less than 15 mins or, Moorychydore, Mooloolaba for dinning or shopping, or take a drive inland and check out the waterfalls and rainforests in Montville or Melany. You will have the main house upstairs all to yourself. You may see me working on the garden if you have booked a long stay but for the most part I will make myself scarse and let you have the place to yourself. I live in the flat down stairs and am happy to help if you need anything. There is also a shared Laundry room located on the lower level with separate entry. Guess will have full access to the fully fenced yard and BBQ area as well as the house on the upper level. The downstairs and garage is off limits to guests. I'll either be away camping for the weekend on downstairs in the granny flat, but always available by phone or text if you have any questions or issues I'm always happy to help. Very centrally located just a short drive to just about anywhere the sunshine coast has to offer.
