Enchanting country house near Lucca

Beautiful property of 11 hectars set among the peaceful hills of Tuscany surrounding the town of Lucca. It overlooks a typical Tuscanian landscape located only 12km from the seaside Versilia, 10km from Lucca and 2km from the village Chiatri Puccini. The house is located on top of a green hill fenced in and covered by vegetation, mainly populated by olive trees within a very silent place. It is surrounded by beautiful terraced gardens with sofas and tables that enable to live the entire day outside. The swimming pool, in exclusive use of the guests, is set on a terraced garden about 50 m from the house and is an overflow high design 15 m long completely immersed in the nature with shoreline on one side diving into the pool that goes gradually from ground level to 3 meters deph. The main house comfortably fit 8 persons and is composed by: First floor: main Entrance, living room with a fireplace and stereo, television room with fireplace (with flat TV, satellite and DVD player), a studio room, one bathroom with the shower. Second floor: one bedroom with king size bed and bathroom with bathtub), one bedroom with king size bed, one single bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, one bathroom (with bathtub). Ground floor: dining room with two glass doors that lead to a big main terrace (open to the garden) with dining table and sofas facing the hills; kitchen, storage room, loundry, service room with bathroom (with shower). Upon requests of group of more than 8 persons the host makes available a second house beside the main house that comfortably fit 5 more persons and is composed by 3 bedrooms (2 with king size bed, 1 with single bed), 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a livingroom with a dining table, 1 terrace. The second house is available as an option for the guests of the main Villa and can not be rented to different people. Please ask the owner for availability. Parking space is available for several cars. The closest airport is Pisa at 30 min and Firenze at 50 min. The closest railway station is Lucca at 15 min and Viareggio at 15 min. Transportation to and from the airport/railway station can be provided. The owner lives in another house beside (only the parking spot is shared) and is willing to help their guests if needed. In the village close by there is an italian bowling ground (bocciodromo) with a club and a restaurant open on weekends specialized in wild game. At 5 min by car there are several tipical toscany restaurants very recommended . At 10 min by car there are good grocery stores. A full list of suggested restaurants and grocery stores will be provided. The Service is the added value the guests will find in the property: An housekeeper english speaking is at the service of their guests working 4 hours/day for preparing breakfast, cleaning the house, making beds and maintaining the garden and swimming pool. Also, upon request a private chef is available for cooking high level cuisine for a moderate budget. A full list of menu and costs will be provided. Please note grocery shopping is not included.
