Surrounded by lovely countryside views, this spacious 3 bedroomed apartment is part of the lovely Fox and Hounds Inn, a warm and welcoming family run country pub. The apartment has plenty of space for a small group or family/families. It is fully equipped with modern new appliances, hosted by a friendly family providing a clean, comforting and relaxing experience. Everything you need will be provided, from a well stocked kitchen to spacious rooms, fresh linen, towels, a large television along with free WiFi and Netflix. Private outside access I am contactable most days at the pub or by email/message Although in the countryside we are perfectly located with all main roads close by, this puts you in touching distance of many local attractions, to name a few: -Lincoln city centre -Lincolnshire Showground -Hemswell market and antique centre -Torksey lock -Torksey car boot sale -Blyton race track -Sturgate airfield There is free on-site parking and public transport is right on your front door step. The apartment is surrounded by a quiet family run pub, therefore strictly no parties are allowed. Regular sound volume is fine as long as doors and windows are closed. Please be respectful to our surroundings neighbours and customers. We have a strict 5 guest maximum. We have CCTV covering the entrance if the property and we are able to check guest numbers should we feel the need to. Lastly we apologise but no pets are allowed.
