Hoping to create a comfortable home-away-from-home atmosphere for our guests in a safe and quiet residential area, this 27.5-sq.m. & 17.5-sq.m. stylishly renovated studio apartments with a fresh green view includes daily in-room complimentary breakfast (up to 4 days), and are equipped with: - Space #1: 2 comfortable single beds (that can be put together for couples or apart for travelling friends) and a double-size sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th guests (upon request) - Space #2: 1 large bunk bed for 1 or 2 (together on the top bunk) and a single bed for the 2nd or 3rd guest - A relaxing bathtub and shower in one room, and rain shower in the other room - All the necessary kitchen utensils, cookware & appliances (microwave, toaster oven, stove) for home-prepared meals in both rooms - In-room foot massage machines for relaxation after a long day - In-room CD player and DVD player in both rooms for use with our movie collection available in the Lounge - Hi-speed wifi for business travelers in need of Internet access - Cable TV with premium channels (news, movies, sports) can be provide (upon request) for 1 room at an extra charge of 600 baht for the entire stay - Dolce Gusto coffee machines with welcome coffee from host (additional cups can be supplied at a small fee upon request) in both rooms And because the apartment is situated at the end of a no-through residential street, guests can be assured that there is no noise pollution from cars or people passing by. Outside of guest's own apartment, we also provide a relaxing lounge area where guests are welcomed to borrow books from our little library chest, choose freely any movie from our vast DVD collection for in-room enjoyment, play classic board games (such as scrabble, monopoly, chess, etc.), or smoke in the smoking area where ashtray is provided. In addition, we also provide bikes for guests to borrow for exercising in the neighborhood area or to the nearby park located only 1 km./12 minutes by walk from the apartment. Easy meals, restaurants, convenient stores, supermarkets are abundantly available along the main road in front of the apartment to areas surrounding the Victory Monument. We believe that seclusion is one of the main reasons which guests choose to stay here, so we respect our guests' preference for privacy. However, because the space is located on our own property and is right next to our homes, we would be reachable whenever guests need any assistance. The apartment is only a 15-minute walk to Victory Monument, a landmark of Bangkok centrally situated at "kilometer zero". Therefore, the space is conveniently accessible by the BTS sky train (Victory Monument Station), bus (where the Monument is the city's main bus junction), and taxi. Safe and fair-priced taxi pickup is also convenient via a smart phone app (Grab Taxi, Uber).
