Situated close to tennis courts & the heated pool and BBQ area, this family loft Townhouse offers filtered lake views from the balcony and also private courtyard for outdoor dining. The living areas are set on three levels providing space for your family, or a group of friends. This townhouse can easily accommodate 9 guests * Bedroom 1 - Queen bed * Bedroom 2 - 2 Single beds * Loft bedroom - 1 Single and 1 King single bed plus a trundle single bed * Bedroom 3 - 2 single beds * 3 bathrooms This three storey home is perfect for larger families. The front door opens onto a staircase leading to the main living area. the ground floor hosts a bedroom with 2 single beds and and ensuite with shower and toilet. There is a TV in this area so you can relax and unwind, or use it as a kids retreat. The second level is where you will find a large kitchen, with dishwasher, ceramic cook top, oven and full sized fridge. Through the kitchen you walk in to a laundry room and separate shower and toilet area. This laundry is fully equipped with washing machine and dryer. The master bedroom is situated off the living area and has a comfortable queen bed and plenty of hanging space. There is another bedroom on this level with 2 single beds and another built in robe. The bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms and this includes a shower, bath, toilet and vanity. The lounge/dining area has polished timber floors, a flat screen LCD television and Foxtel in the lounge area and an 8 piece dining setting with upholstered chairs. Up another flight of stairs you will find an open loft with another two beds, plus a single pull out trundle bed. This area is also an extra lounge area as it also has another TV. The loft overlooks the lounge area of the room below. For larger groups, we have another property (Ironbark 101) right next door with similar layout. Raffertys Resort is a lake side resort situated in a bushland setting. There are 4 pools (two are oasis pools), three tennis courts, a childrens play area and an on-site restaurant as well as the beautiful bush land environment. The ducks have right of way! Please note: This self-contained home is booked exclusively for your use, it is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and we have contactless check-in and check-out to help you have a Safe-Stay. You will be required to complete a guest registration before check-in, this will involve providing your credit card details for security reasons, no charges will apply unless damages occur. Please note: The resort facilities, including the pools and restaurants, are now open. QR code logging in will be required and there will be additional rules at each facility.
