Next to the small shops and nice restaurants. The lift to go to both ski area is only 5 min walk. You can also use the free shuttle during the winter. From the Gemsstock area you can even arrive directly with your ski from the slopes to the ski room! Andermatt is only 10 min drive from the highway and the road is easy to come up. And can also easily reach the village by train ( train station 8 min walk from the apartment). If you stay in Andermatt you don't need a car as everything is reachable walking. If you want to discover our beautiful country, a car or train will be some good solution. Andermatt is situated 1H30 from Zurich airport and 2 hours from Milan airport.
