This well loved home situated on an acre of enclosed ground will provide a comfortable, hassle free holiday for a large family or group of friends. Well loved family home on an acre of well cared for garden, fully walled, with a staff member that will take care of the outside of the property and also assist inside if required. Guests have exclusive use of this home. There is a small additional cottage on this 1 acre property, screened and fenced off from the main house, which is private. As required, however you may send me as many queries as you wish, we want you to know and enjoy the West Coast. Watersport paradise placed on the edge of a national park. 100 Km's from Cape Town. 1 km from the Langebaan yacht club where you can launch your boat for a fee if not a member. Limited, own transport preferable. We only accept the number of reserved guests, inclusive of children. The guest numbers are a maximum of 10. An exception must be requested and approved, otherwise the booking will be cancelled. The alarm must be set at night. This home is not suitable for loud parties. PETS STRICTLY BY NEGOTIATION AND PRE APPROVAL. The cleaning fee is for the change over of linen and deep cleaning and sanitizing. Please wash your dishes, please no debris. We will happily pack the dishes away. We just ask that you treat our home as you treat your own homes. And we really want you to enjoy your time here, but please be gentle on this lovely space,
