Charming farm house Apartment in the heart of the tuscan hills surrounded by stunning view Beautifully decorated with bespoke forniture respecting the traditional tuscan style with stone walls , high ceiling with oak beams, terracotta tiles, wooden shutters and a cosy fireplace is the perfect place for family or groups of friends. Conveniently close to the main historical and magical places that our area is famous for like Siena, San Gimignano, Pienza , Montepulciano and Bagni di San Filippo The property is located on the first floor of farm house Belvedere and it is part of the Agriturismo Andreini estate . Can accomodate groups of friends or families for up to 8 people. Offers 1 double room with ensuite shower, 2 double rooms, 1 twin room and 2 further bathrooms with shower. All bedrooms have a wardrobe, chest of drawers , bedside cabinets and plugs near the bed, mosquito nets at the window. Fresh linens and bath towels are provided and included in the rental price The kitchen is well equipped for whip up a feast if needed and offers all the modern facilities like a microwave, a toaster, cooker, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer A cosy living area where guests can relax after a long day out and lovely balcony to admire our lovely area and magical summer sunset.Terracotta tiles and oak beams throughout the property . Wii fi and parking is provided and included in the rental price Garden furniture and bbq at the guests disposal to enjoy the beautiful open space . Daily rental is base on 2 people sharing a room ( twin or double) The property is part of Agriturismo Andreini Estate ,a working organic farm . Guests are free to roam and explore our estate , visit the vineyard, the olive grove, and relax in the garden. This is a small family run business :my self or my cohost sister Monika will be on site to assist our guests On arrival we will welcome our guests to show the property ( unless self check in has been arranged ) Our property is about 15 minute drive from the beautiful town of Siena. The drive to the property is stunning and picturesque with lots of spots to stop for taking pictures. The beauty of the landscape, the rolling hills, the lush spring green colours and the warmth of the Autumn colours, the peace and the magical star gazing summer ' evening is what make our place so special. The small village of Ville di Corsano is a quite sleepy place but has plenty to offer including the grocery shop, a bakery, a post office, a cash point , a chemist and Osteria il Ristoro .Osteria il ristoro is a must when visiting our area offering a fantastic selection of traditional tuscan dishes and delicious pizza . Most places of interest are under an hour drive from us . South part of the property: Abbazzia di Monte Oliveto Maggiore, Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano, Bagni di San filippo, Bagno Vignone, Montecchi, Cortona North Part of the property: Siena, San Galgano, Monteriggioni, Chianti area, San gimignano, Volterra Golf Course 7 km Hot spring : Petriolo 20 minutes drive away , Antica Querciolaia about one hour away . For all of those who have a passion for cycling and mountain bike the property is the perfect location for Eroica and Strade Bianche . Travelling by car is almost essential ( unless you are a keen walker ) If guests prefer to use public transport there is a bus from the village of Ville di Corsano to Siena 3 times a day and viceversa ( the property is about 1.200 meters from the village of ville di corsano ) Alternately you can use taxis ( 30 euro each way to siena ) Siena train station is about 25 minutes from us Monteroni d Arbia train station is about 10 minutes from us Not included in the rental price : -Use of central heating ( October until April or until It is need it ) this will be charge base on consumption at 5 euro per metro cubo (we prefer to charge our guests for whatever they have consume rather then charging a set price that it might not correspond to what it was actually used and run the risk of overcharging our guests unfairly) - Washing machine usage: first load is free of charge, other will be charge at 5 euro per load which includes use of soap and pegs. - Breakfast or dinner in our family run ristorante: this is an extra service and will need to be paid separately before departure .Please enquiry when booking. Please note that our family run ristorante is not open in the winter months ( November to end of March) and close Sunday and Wednesday Evening Other Notes: Please note : the daily rental price is based on 2 people sharing a double room .( 4 people = 2 rooms, 6 people =3 rooms, 8 people=4 rooms . If guests wish to use a double room as a single occupancy this can be arranged but the daily rental price will be different. Please enquiry before booking For groups of 5 or 7 people room price for the 5th of 7th person will be based as an extra person travelling .
