Cozy farmhouse for countrylife lovers

17th century farm house completely renovated with ecological energy solutions, animals and local products, specially dedicated to countryside life lovers. Room for two, two extra beds available upon request. Independent kitchen. No step to access (wheelchairs). Some services (laundry, dryer, 2 bycicles, tools for repairing bycicles, etc.) and a good breakfast for bikers available at an extra fee of 10€ per night. Country farm of the 17th century, completely renovated keeping the same style and charm. Country life and nature lovers are particularly welcome: they can experience the life in the nature, with pets, animals and local products. The room has a queen size bed and the possibility of 2 extra beds (2 extra singles or 1 extra double). In case of three children, there is space also for a mattress on the floor (extra cost of 5€ per night). Two windows looking at the country. Kitchen available. Ne step or barriers for wheelchairs. WARNING: room temperature in winter may be around 15-16°C; in common spaces it may be as low as 12-15°C, due to high heating costs. Upon request, more heating may be provided at a cost to be agreed. Room and bathroom are for guests' exclusive use. Guests have free access to the entrance hall, dining room and kitchen at ground floor. In winter, room, anteroom and bathroom are heated (but average temperature may be around 15-16°C), while common spaces are not heated (temperature may be as low as 12-15°C; extra heating available, at a cost to be agreed). NOTICE: whenever possible, depending on other guests' arrival or departure, check-in and check-out times are largely flexible. Information on approximate arrival time within the day before is appreciated. Our house is reachable through an unpaved flat lane, 500 m long. We are pleased to talk with the guests, if they like. We may provide information on local places (what to see, to visit, history, suggestions, where to eat, to go shopping, etc.). Normally somebody of our family is at home. Interaction will be daily, although in the maximum mutual respect of the privacy. Our house is in the middle of the country, far away from public roads. A national railway passes nearby. In summer, when corn is grown, the house seems an island immersed in a green sea. The lake of Iseo is 15 km far. Distance to Brescia is 15 km, 35 km to Bergamo Rovato railway station (line Milan - Brescia - Venice and Brescia - Bergamo) is at 5 km. Bornato railway station (line Brescia - Val Camonica) is at 5 km. Bus stop on the line Brescia - Rovato is at about 2 km. When possible, we may pick up at and take guests to the Rovato station. Depending on the season, various animals may be present (dogs, donkey, goats, hens, etc.), sometims free, more often in their reserved spaces. In winter the guest room and the bathroom are heated, but not the kitchen and the other common spaces. The house is pleasantly fresh also in summer, even without air conditioning. Washing machine, dryer, 2 bycicles, tools for repairing bycicles, etc. and a good breakfast for cyclists are available at an extra fee of 10€ per night.
