Modern contemporary home 500m from beach

The home includes a study, theatre room, family room, dining and kitchen. The space is modern and well appointed and has undercover pool and spa. Two car garage can generally accomodate one traveller's vehicle ( I will leave my second vehicle in the garage). Gardens are well presented and maintained. Bright and open planned living with pool and spa under cover of an enclosed patio. The spa can be used year round with good instructions available for guests. The pool is solar heated and kept at around 30' in summer by an automated heating system. The desired temperature can be readily adjusted. Obviously, the pool is more a summer activity although it is always clean with correct chemical balance. All areas of the house are accessable. I am available by phone but will not always be present as I will be travelling too. I have established a system with neighbours and family to cover these instances. Generally, however guests will be directed to a key safe located in the portico from which the entry key can be obtained. Very quiet culdesac with terrific neighbours who I class as good friends. Train station is about 1km away and will take guest to the heart of Adelaide. Bus is available on the main road about 500m away. A cleaning fee of $88 is applicable and will be included in initial pricing structure.
