Quiet location, but Very near to lively Peckham Rye which has a good selection of bars and restaurants with great transport links into central London. Cats and dogs live in, so you need to love animals to stay in my home. Use of kitchen for breakfast. Use of own fridge to store food for cooking. Kitchen for breakfast. Hallway and stairs are shared. Own key for access to front door. Use of back garden in the summer months Close to Peckham rye for good pubs and cafes. Close to station honor oak which has great access to docklands and London Bridge where you can explore borough market and walk along the thames river path. Near to horniman museum which has a great but small butterfly house. Walk to honor oak train station is 10 mins. Peckham rye park is also 10 mins walk away. Plenty of buses near by to explore london if you prefer to use bus. Quickest is the train into central london Charge of £5 for use of washing machine ( per wash). Cleaning cost for each additional week £12 per week
