Ochilview is a lovely new wood lodge set in the tranquil surroundings of Grandeagles Luxury Lodge Park. The lodge has open planned lounge, dining and kitchen area. The comfortable lounge has sofas for relaxing, one of which is a sofa bed. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances. Master double bedroom has an en suite toilet. Bedroom 2 has two narrow single beds which can easily be pushed together. Shower room with toilet. The lodge has central heating and double glazing for all year use. Grandeagles is one of a kind, it is peaceful, has 60 lodges set in luscious woodland in beautiful Perthshire countryside at the foot of the Ochil hills. Perfect for walking and cycling. For anglers there is a private river and plenty of beautiful wildlife for nature and bird lovers. World famous Gleneagles hotel and golf resort is only 3.5 miles away. The lodge has a balcony with outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy the view. A small garden area and parking space for 2 cars. Auchterarder is just 1 mile from Grandeagles, it has a long traditional High Street with a selection of excellent cafes and restaurants and a good mix of independent shops. My home is an hours drive from the lodge but will be contactable and there will be help on the park if required In addition to the wonderful location and surrounding area which has so much to offer, Ochilview lodge is an ideal base to explore Scotland. The historic and idyllic City of Perth is only 14 miles away for shopping and culture. Scotland's capital Edinburgh as well as Glasgow, Stirling, Dundee and St Andrews are all within an hours drive. In addition to Gleneagles there are many golf courses in the area. Also many distilleries to visit Auchterarder is a short drive or about 20 minutes walk away. There is easy access by road to the A9, (Perth in one direction, Stirling to the other) which links to the major road networks in Scotland. There is a local bus service and a railway station at Gleneagles for rail service to Glasgow and Edinburgh
