Each has a double bed, a sofa bed (up to 2 additional persons), kitchenette, bathroom, TV, wi-fi. In the attic there is a corridor with a kitchenette that connects the two rooms. In the room overlooking the garden and lake World, there is a double bed and a sofa bed (3rd person). In the second attic room there are 2 single beds. Both have their own bathroom. Maximum occupancy: 13 people The rooms on the ground floor each have their own kitchen, the attic rooms have it in common. In the enclosed garden there is a shelter for bicycles, sitting under the parasol and grill. Parking in front of the house. There are 2 beautiful children's playgrounds nearby. On request, we have baby cots, a dining chair and toys. Upon your arrival, we will accommodate you and then you can enjoy South Bohemian comfort and privacy. We do not live in the place.
