1-year stay per person USD 8,000 (to occupy one suite and use of house and kitchen) with room service and house cleaning once a week (you also have the option to rent an extra room for a maximum of 1-week stay via Airbnb and earn 50% of that revenue). You MUST book for 4, in case you want the 2nd room and entire house exclusively for you, regardless of the number coming being less than 4. If you book for 3 or less you need to share a King-sized bed and pull-out couch. The most breadth taking mountain views awaits you. Its our city home, and yours for your stay. A pool table, mini fridge, microwave, washing machine, and with prior arrangements a stove and oven is also available. On most weekends during Rugby season the terrace gives a better view than the stadium of the play! Supermarkets, Gyms (Pre arranged at extra USD 12 for 4 sessions for 2), Pools, bus access, and a less traffic back route to the museums and temples. We live 20 minutes away on the hills, but we shall check you in and you have the keys to our our city home which we have cared for. We generally invite our guests to local activities such as our Rotary club meetings, Golf outings, arrange business or volunteer networking etc if they are interested. Has to be the rugby, but this will be for 15 days of the year! So its the mountains you see as you lie down in bed, but as you rise the full view of the stadium and the mountains beyond. The main bus route to the north of Kandy and the country runs just 200 meters down the road. Ofcourse tuk tuks will come here for less than Rs. 200 from the railway station. It is a self check-in, but you need the code to retrieve the keys from a mini safe by the gate post. We will send it the day before you come. You will find some menus to order in, if you are tired to get into town or walk across to the Rugby Club Restaurant.
